Made in Austin, Texas, Liber & Co.'s Raspberry Gum Syrup has an impeccable flavor, which results from the fruit being harvested after it has a chance to fully ripen on the vine. Within hours of being picked, the berries are cleaned, cooled, and crushed to retain their sweet, tart flavor.

Liber & Co.'s goal with this Raspberry Gum Syrup is to maintain the quality of the raw produce while adding pure cane sugar and all-natural gum arabica for richness.
